TERMS, CONDITIONS, & WAIVER RELEASE FORM

We provide on-site commercial grade meat freezers for our customers. After your hunt, utilize these freezers for convenient pick up from our local recommended taxidermist and meat processor, who will pick up straight from our ranch!

Terms and Conditions

of our hunts

  • Booking from 12:00pm or later arrival, 3:00pm departure – daily rate is not included.
  • All hunts require a non-refundable deposit for the number of days booked per hunting guest:
    • 3 Day Whitetail Hunt (Meals, Cooking, Guides Included) – $495 x 3 = $1,485 (Deposit)
    • 3 Day Whitetail Hunt (Guides and Lodging ONLY – NO MEALS OR COOKING) – $250 x 3 = $750
  • All POR Trophy Fees require a 50% non-refundable deposit on animal
  • Category & Classification of animal based upon the Management & Guides discretion only.
  • Wound loss policy prevails, guides determination
  • All room rates are based upon double occupancy
  • Exclusivity of lodge requires a party of 10 minimum.
  • Credit Card transactions subject to a 3% surcharge

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Daily Hunting Rate (Meals, Cooking, Guides/Activities) – – $495 Per Person/Per Day
  • Daily Observer/Guest Rate (NO Hunting) – – $250/Per Person/Per Day

ALL GUESTS must shoot their weapon of choice in front of administrative personnel upon arrival, prior to going afield.

Notice: This is a general price list. Some Trophies may be offered at a lower price, some exceptional at a higher premium. Prices subject to change without notice.

Any animal wounded will be charged at the full trophy fee.

*** Gratuities are greatly appreciated and not included in the above pricing. Normal gratuities range from 10-20% of the total hunt. Please do not forget your guide, cook, skinners and all others that help make your hunt and stay a success. ***

Not included: Texas hunting licenses, permits and applicable safety courses. Responsibility lies with hunter.
